Explore our comprehensive and challenging academic programs designed to cultivate intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills among students. Our institution offers nationally accredited curricula, both online and offline, ensuring a robust educational experience. Once students reach the age of 16 while enrolled with us, they can take advantage of our Smart Horizons program. This initiative provides a fully accredited online high school diploma, distinctly separate from a GED. This diploma is recognized by colleges and universities, meeting the high school graduation requirements and facilitating a smooth transition to higher education. Typically, students complete this program within one year, with some able to finish even sooner.
In addition, our study abroad and language immersion programs significantly enrich our students' educational journeys. These programs enable them to become well-rounded individuals while achieving conversational fluency in Spanish. The Spanish immersion aspect is included at no extra cost in our tuition and is an invaluable addition to the curriculum. Learning a new language not only enhances vocabulary but also effectively doubles intellectual capacity, thereby enriching the overall learning experience through the constructive habits developed during this transformative process.
Experience our vibrant arts community that includes visual arts, music, theater, and dance programs, as well as opportunities for student-led productions.
Join our winning tradition of athletics, with competitive teams in a variety of sports and state-of-the-art facilities that support our student-athletes. Typically we have all the rights of use of facilities and rights to play and participate with the local high school or junior high athletic teams and we bring much new diversity and needed talentto their athletic programs.
Engage in meaningful community service projects that make a difference in the lives of others and develop your leadership and teamwork skills. Our students attend church and at these church programs our students typically do at least one community service project per month. We are not a “Christian school”, but we have a very strong Christian community and a incredible Christian ethic that we seek to promote in our process where our students are taught that they don’t lie they don’t steal and they don’t cheat and learn how to serve other people and get out of themselves.
Explore our comprehensive and immersive global education programs, which feature our complimentary Spanish Immersion Study Abroad initiative designed specifically for troubled teens. This program includes cultural exchanges and service learning trips at our sister school in Costa Rica. Over the course of about six months, students will become conversationally fluent in Spanish, while also earning AP credit for Spanish and a second language certificate. This unique opportunity, valued at $4,000 per month, is provided at no cost to our students, enabling them to become bilingual and gain a significant head start in all areas of their life and career paths.
